ONE-ON-ONE INITIAL SESSION WITH YOUR COACH TO:
• Connect with your coach
• Create a simple action plan with 3 goals
• Receive your daily journal with “how to use” overview
• Establish your metabolic baseline
• Discuss your personal hurdles
DAILY COACHING:
• Get education and program overview during orientation call
• Receive daily tips, video and texts from your coach
• Participate in daily cohort video calls led by your coach (group program)
• Track and discuss daily metrics, hurdles and strategies
WEEKLY ACTION PLANNING:
• Assess your daily results
• Offer adjustments to your action plan based on metabolic response
• Review qualitative and quantitative entries from your journal
• Provide individual recommendations for ongoing success and acceleration
